Support
At Digital MD Systems® our clients are our primary concern, so it is a
priority to ensure that our clinics can meet the demands of the medical
field through DOC. Therefore, we provide each of our licensed clients
with technical support 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Our technicians
are specially trained to get your systems up and running so that your
clinics continue to reap the benefits of DOC's efficiency.
Consulting
We offer our consulting services for your facility in order to make the
transition to DOC as smooth as possible. We will assess your infrastructure
in order to ensure that your clinic will gain the maximum benefit from
the use of our software. Custom configuration can also be provided to
fine-tune DOC features to fit your clinics needs.

Installation
Installation services offered consist of an on-site install by a
member of our support staff. These services include server
component installation and setup, installation of the latest
version of DOC on facility workstations, and any additional DOC
add-on components, such as integration with dicom compliant
sonogram machines.
Training
Digital MD Systems® understands that the implementation of a
new EMR is accompanied with a learning curve. That is why
we provide a various types of training seminiars to fit the
needs and schedules of your clinic staff. For training
efficiency, we require that DOC™ be fully installed in
your facility prior to a training session.
- On-site Training
- Training regimen includes specialized sessions
for the different groups in your office, each
tailored to the tasks they will be performing in
DOC. This service provides extensive on-site
training to allow users to become familiar with
DOC, without losing valuable time with patients.
- Phone and Internet Training
- Training can be done conveniently through a
telephone conference call or internet training,
both of which are offered on an hourly basis.
These services are designed to allow users with
busy schedules to train on doc with little
disruption to their daily work load.
