DOC™ is a point-of-care comprehensive computer aid for medical doctors and their staff, designed through the collaboration between Digital MD Systems® and all levels of professionals. With DOC, clinics increase their patient load and efficiency while maintaining the same level of staff and eliminating paper charting costs.

DOC uses cutting-edge technology to create an EMR that simulates 'real world' patient charting. With the use of intuitive tabs, staff members can have any patient information at their finger tips with just the click of a mouse. While patient documentation is the main focus, DOC also excels in tracking inventory, capturing images, importing and exporting test results, inter-office messaging and providing efficient means for of reporting required information to regulatory organizations.

The unique data collection approach of DOC allows for doctors to track current patient procedures, images, and corresponding embryo inventory in the clinic's customized ART tab. Sonogram, surgery and HSG images will be displayed with the patient records as well as daily embryo imaging shots.

Test results can be pulled from laboratory monitoring and testing machines such as the immulite 1000 blood analyzer through integration with DOC. The results are then stored and made available to doctors and staff for quick and efficient analysis and diagnosis.

Digital MD Systems believes that inter-office communication is the key to a successful and efficient office; therefore, DOC is also designed with a state-of-the-art messaging system that allows the entire staff to communicate through the program via e-mail and/or the phone system. This allows for smooth communication and work flow throughout the office.
